Return Policy:
We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery only.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

with your order number and reason for return within 24 hours.
Note: Customized and personalized products are non-returnable
unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
Defective items will be replaced at no extra cost.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via same source as the payment mode i.e., If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. However, If the payment mode was Check or DD, we will send you a check (not a DD). Checks will be mailed only to the billing address of the customer.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refunds will be processed to the original payment source —
UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking within 5-7 business days
of receiving the returned product.
This policy is only for customers in India and we would be unable to provide exchange, returns and/or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost. If transaction is processed more than once for the same order, the additional amount paid will be refunded via same source within 7 business days.
