Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via same source as the payment mode i.e., If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. However, If the payment mode was Check or DD, we will send you a check (not a DD). Checks will be mailed only to the billing address of the customer.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 5-7 business days, but in case of payments by check or DD, it may take a few extra days for the check to be delivered to your billing address.

This policy is only for customers in India and we would be unable to provide exchange, returns and/or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost. If transaction is processed more than once for the same order, the additional amount paid will be refunded via same source within 5-7 business days.
