On-Display In-Store Delivery Policy
At Smart Branding Solutions India, we ensure that products displayed in our showroom can be conveniently ordered and delivered to your location with complete transparency on timelines and charges.
📦 Delivery Timeline
Orders for products that are on display in our store will be shipped with in 3 to 4 working days after the order is placed. final delivery will be depend on our courier partner delivery timelines.
For customized or bulk orders, shipment will be shipped after 6-7 working days depending on production requirements. The estimated delivery time will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
🚚 Delivery Costs
- Standard delivery charges within India: ₹40-₹300, depending on product size, weight, and destination.
- Free delivery on orders above ₹2999(within India).
- For remote or special delivery locations, additional charges may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.
📍 Delivery Coverage
- We deliver across all major cities and towns in India through reputed courier partners.
- Delivery timelines for remote areas may vary.
🔄 Order Tracking & Updates
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp message with your order details and tracking link.
- You may also contact our support team for updates regarding your delivery.
✅ Returns & Replacements
Customized / branded products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Non-customized products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition/packaging.
