Order Cancellation Policy

We at Smart Branding strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. There is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs and designs, and are non-usable by anyone else.

However, if at all there is a Manufacturing defect, complete assistance would be given to you for correcting the same.

Customers can return/exchange products only if the product/s is found damaged or inconsistent with the details mentioned on the website. To claim, the customer shall send us photographs of the damaged good/s. Photographs will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. If the claim is found to be correct the product/s should be returned to 5By7 head office within 5-7 business days, failing which customer will not be eligible for any replacement as delay would be considered as usage of product by customer.

We will replace the product/s within 7-10 business days or as per actual production timelines mentioned on the website, after receiving the original shipment within the mentioned time frame. Replacement would be at sole discretion of Smart Branding after verification and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the company. If we are unable to replace the product due to non-availability, we will then refund the money after deducting 2% transaction charges.

How to return an item purchased?

• Returns are easy, simply follow these steps
• Contact us and provide Order ID details
• Customer Support will confirm the return request after review

Please ensure that product/s is unused and in original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the products. Once ready for return, please intimate us and we will arrange pick up from address same as the shipping address.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer can cancel the order by sending us an email on support@smartbranding.top within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Cancellation is subject to approval and may not be accepted if order is already processed. If accepted, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
